If you are new to my work, let’s first define Your St*ck. Your St*ck is your limiting belief, a story you created about yourself. Where did this story, Your St*ck come from? You created it to make sense of Your Core Wound, a memory from childhood where you felt unsafe, or your nervous system felt overwhelmed and you did not realign back to safety.
For example, a child who experiences the divorce of their parents, it is common for the child to think that the divorce was somehow their fault. They can develop a story of I am unlovable or I am not enough, which later on affects how they show up in relationships and in their daily life.
Your St*ck, the limiting belief you’ve created from Your Core Wound, continuously operates unconsciously in the back of your psyche on repeat until you decide to reprocess it and change the script. Think of it as an outdated computer software program, just waiting for you to give it an upgrade.
How do you know if you are operating from Your St*ck? There are a few keys ways to catch yourself, as awareness is the first step in transforming Your St*ck and ultimately, Your St*ck Behavior.
1.Negative Self-talk: To assess if you are using negative self-talk, ask yourself “Would I say this to a dear friend who is going through the same thing?” If your answer is no, then your harsh words and judgment are likely stemming from Your St*ck.
2. Staying Within Your Comfort Zone: Are you shying away from opportunities? It could be your fear of failure, believing you’re not worthy or not capable of success. Any of these limiting beliefs are rooted in Your St*ck.
